We work with governments and international partners in Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia in eHealth, mHealth, surveillance, and national health intelligence systems.

Paradoxically most planning efforts start with the beginning in mind and degenerate into a series of activities that attempt to predict when things should happen in order to satisfy an aversion to uncertainty. Rigorous project management methodologies have arisen to ensure an accurate prophecy for a project. These 'prophecy-as-a-plan' methodologies fail to address the real issues facing complex projects - uncertainty.
